Nicholas was born in Paterson but lived in Wayne for the last eight years. He was an employee of J. Amari Landscaping in Fair Lawn.
He is survived by his parents, Nicholas J. Amari Sr. and Cheryl (nee Miller) Amari; and siblings Nichol Vealey and her husband Kyle of Wantage, Jennifer Amari and her husband Juan Perez of Paterson, and James Amari and his wife Katherine of Scotch Plains.
He is also survived by his grandparents, Joseph Amari of Fairlawn and June Miller of Garfield; best friend Mike Clegg; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Cremation was private.
